The classic cone pendant, reclaimed: a translucent frosted shade that glows evenly, finished with a colored disc, in two sizes.

Aline, designed by Stockholm studio Afteroom, takes the familiar cone shade and makes it softer. The frosted acrylic is translucent, so the whole cone glows and the light spreads evenly into the room, while a powder-coated disc beneath the bulb adds a touch of color. Choose Aline 40 (15.7") or Aline 58 (22.8"), with the disc in Cotton, Black, Chamomile or polished Aluminum.

About the designer

Afteroom is a Stockholm design studio founded and directed by Hung-Ming Chen and Chen-Yen Wei. Their mission is to create beautiful products that add value over time, design to grow old with, drawing on forms, senses, proportions, materials and cultures in search of a natural balance between function and aesthetics.
