About Koncept

Designer Peter Ng and his sons Kenneth and Edmund founded Koncept in 2002 and based it in Southern California. In 2004 Peter created the first Z-Bar LED desk lamp; TIME magazine named the Z-Bar one of the Best Inventions of 2007 and Die Neue Sammlung in Munich put it on permanent display. Koncept says its designs have since won 70 international design awards, and it is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
