Nina Thöming for blomus: Bath, Table and Home Accessories

Portrait of industrial designer Nina Thöming

Nina Thöming designs accessories in families, which is exactly what makes them practical to specify. An industrial designer with Germany's Flöz Design, she researches the need before drawing the answer, so her blomus pieces tend to solve a specific job in the bath, at the table or by the door.

“Choose one collection and one finish, and repeat it in every bath.”

Our styling advice

Room by room

  • Bathrooms. Build the set from one family: MODO or SONO soap dispensers, the NEXIO over-the-glass shower hook and the freestanding MENOTO towel rack. MODO pieces share one slim profile, soft radii and finishes, so a full bathroom can be fitted out in one finish.
  • Laundry and closets. The FRISCO laundry bin folds away when it is not needed.
  • Dining and entertaining. PILAR stoneware plates (dishwasher and microwave safe, per blomus), NERO double-wall glasses and SPLASH or ACQUA carafes set a coordinated table.
  • Kitchen counters and sideboards. The LITO wire bowl and BASIC stainless tray keep fruit, bread and keys in order.
  • Candlelight indoors. CALMA pairs concrete with smoked glass for a steady candle on a table or shelf.

Our styling advice

For a rental, guest suite or hotel bathroom, choose one collection and one finish and repeat it in every bath. Matching sets look intentional, and replacing a single piece later stays simple.
