When We'll Make It Right

A helpful tip: When your delivery arrives, take a moment to inspect the item before signing off. If anything looks damaged upon arrival, you're welcome to refuse the delivery and contact us right away — we'll sort it out together.

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. Email us at info@metropolitandecor.com and include:

| 02 | A Few Photos Clear shots from a few angles showing the issue, including the packaging. Please hold onto the box — it helps us process your claim faster. |
| 03 | Leave the Rest to Us We'll respond right away with next steps. Refunds or store credits are typically processed within 1–2 weeks once the item is received by the manufacturer. |

| Designer & Specialty Items | Because we carry authorized designer and specialty brands, all sales are final outside of damage or defect claims. We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and finish options carefully — and we're always happy to help you decide before you buy. |
| Custom & Special Orders | Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, so they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once the order is placed. We're glad to walk you through all the details before you commit. |
| Installed Items | Once an item has been installed or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return. We recommend double-checking dimensions and specifications before installation. |
