Pokeboo is the packable boot line of ATOM Corporation of Takehara, Hiroshima, a Japanese maker of work gloves and rubber boots, including the thin, close-fitting boots used for planting rice. Pokeboo turns that know-how into a thin natural-rubber boot that rolls into its own carry bag; it won a Good Design Award in Japan in 2018. We’ve been curating design-led pieces since 2009.
