What you are really getting
- Hand-assembled in Sydney by NEOZ, the company that made the first professional cordless table lamp in 1995.
- One charge, many evenings: about 13 four-hour evenings on low.
- Built to be kept: battery, LED and diffuser are all replaceable, backed by a 5-year lamp warranty.
- IP52 rated: protected against dust and dripping water.
- Hotel-proven: according to NEOZ, its lamps light tables at The Ritz London, Claridge’s and Six Senses.
The Victoria is a slender classical column descended from the Ritz lamp NEOZ created for The Ritz London. Its base is hot-forged from a single ingot of brass, CNC-machined and polished, in classic Brass or Aged Brass, a proprietary living finish that keeps evolving as you handle it. This version wears a hand-blown ribbed glass shade that casts a focused downlight and a softly colored sidelight.
Designer’s pick
Aged Brass with green glass for a library or club mood; Brass with amber glass for a warm cocktail bar.

Why cordless, and why NEOZ
A cordless lamp puts light exactly where people gather: the middle of a dining table, a terrace, a bedside with no outlet nearby. No cord to trip over, no drilling and no electrician, and unlike candles there is no flame, wax or smoke, just the same warm light every evening. NEOZ developed the world’s first professional cordless table lamp in 1995 and engineers every model for nightly restaurant service: Panasonic lithium-ion cells rated for 500+ full charge cycles, a battery you replace instead of the lamp, and charging that scales from a single base to a 48-lamp station. NEOZ notes it still services lamps that are 20 years old.

Why we carry it
We’ve been curating design-led lighting since 2009 and are an authorized NEOZ retailer. NEOZ, founded in Sydney in 1983, created the professional cordless table lamp and still hand-assembles every lamp in Australia. According to NEOZ, its lamps are specified in more than 100 countries, at venues including The Ritz London, The Ivy, Annabel’s, Claridge’s, Corinthia Rome, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, InterContinental Sapporo, Mandarin Oriental Palace Lucerne, Six Senses, Sketch London, MGM Grand Macau, Crystal Cruises and Carbone at the Riviera in Las Vegas.
Buy once: durability and care
Dust the metal with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners and let the Aged Brass develop its patina naturally; wipe glass or resin with a soft, slightly damp cloth while the lamp is off. If you store the lamp for a while, NEOZ advises recharging it every two to three months and keeping it below 77 °F (25 °C). When the battery eventually tires (NEOZ suggests every three to five years), replace the battery, not the lamp.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the NEOZ Victoria Glass run on one charge?
It runs up to 17 hours on high and up to 55 hours on low and recharges in about 3.5 hours. Brightness has three levels; lower settings last longer.
Do I need the charging base for the NEOZ Victoria Glass?
Choose “Charging Base: Included” if this is your first NEOZ lamp. If you already own NEOZ bases, a charging tray or a trolley, choose “Not included”: the lamp works with all of them.
Can the NEOZ Victoria Glass be used outdoors?
It is rated IP52: dust-protected and resistant to dripping water, so it suits covered terraces and verandas. Avoid rain and never submerge it.
How long will the NEOZ Victoria Glass battery last, and can it be replaced?
The Panasonic lithium-ion battery is rated for 500+ full charge cycles. NEOZ suggests replacing it roughly every three to five years with regular use, and it is replaceable, so you keep the lamp.
What is the difference between Brass and Aged Brass?
Brass is polished for a bright, classic shine. Aged Brass goes through NEOZ’s proprietary aging process, so it starts with an antique warmth and keeps developing a natural patina with handling, so each lamp becomes unique.
How fast does the NEOZ Victoria Glass ship?
