Albert is a quietly confident lamp, weighty and grounded. Its base is hot-forged from a single ingot of brass, CNC-machined and polished to a deep lustre, in classic Brass or Aged Brass, a proprietary living finish that keeps evolving with use. A handmade cotton or pleated silk shade casts a direct downlight onto the table with a soft diffused sidelight around it, ideal for dining tables, bars and lounges.

Buy once: durability and care

Dust the metal with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners and let the Aged Brass develop its patina naturally; dust fabric or parchment shades with a soft brush. If you store the lamp for a while, NEOZ advises recharging it every two to three months and keeping it below 77 °F (25 °C). When the battery eventually tires (NEOZ suggests every three to five years), replace the battery, not the lamp.
