The SPLASH water carafe by Nina Thöming is 11.6" tall, holds 34 fl oz (1 liter) and has a curving silhouette. The designer: Nina Thöming
Nina Thöming (born 1984) is an industrial designer with Flöz Design, a German studio that has worked with blomus for many years. She starts every project by researching what people need and what the market lacks, then turns those findings into useful, good-looking objects. Her blomus work also includes the PILAR tableware and the SONO bath range.

SPLASH is a water carafe with a clever lid: polished stainless steel and silicone that opens as you pour and closes again on its own, holding ice cubes, citrus, mint or berries inside the glass. The body is heat-resistant glass with a gently curved silhouette. blomus is a family company run by the fourth generation of the Blome family in Sundern, Germany. It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.
