blomus LAGONA Felt Placemat, Organic Shape, Sold Singly

A felt placemat with a soft, tapered organic shape, water-repellent and heat resistant, sold singly in four colors.

LAGONA is a felt placemat with a softly rounded outline that is wider at the diner’s end, so it frames a plate and still fits round and smaller tables. It measures 18.9" × 14.2" and is 0.2" thick. blomus states the felt is water-repellent and heat resistant, and the mats are sold one at a time so colors can be mixed. Use them under a vase, a lamp or a plant too.

Why we carry it

We are an authorized blomus retailer and have been curating design-led pieces for the home since 2009. LAGONA is a felt placemat with a soft, organic outline that widens toward the diner, so it frames the plate and still leaves room on smaller or round tables. blomus is a family company run by the fourth generation of the Blome family in Sundern, Germany. It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.
