Solid oak cutting and serving boards with beveled edges and a hanging hole, in a long 18-inch and a round 12-inch shape.
BORDA boards are cut from solid, untreated oak. The long board measures 18" × 6" and is ideal for bread, a baguette or a line of cheeses; the round board is 12" across, a natural pizza or charcuterie board. The edges slope gently downward so the board is easy to pick up, and a hole lets you hang it on the wall between uses.

Designed by studio blomus, the company’s in-house team of designers, product developers and engineers in Sundern, Germany. The team works to the blomus design DNA: honest materials, clear forms and colors that last.
Why we carry it
We are an authorized blomus retailer and have been curating design-led pieces for the home since 2009. BORDA boards are solid, untreated oak with softly beveled edges and a hole for hanging, simple enough for daily chopping and handsome enough to carry to the table. blomus is a family company run by the fourth generation of the Blome family in Sundern, Germany. It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.
Buy once: durability and care
The oak is untreated. Oil it regularly with sunflower, rapeseed, olive or walnut oil if it touches food, to protect it from stains and odors. Rinse with warm water and dry; do not soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Natural oak varies in grain and tone from board to board.
