How to plan under cabinet lighting

  1. Measure each cabinet; choose fixtures 2 to 4 inches shorter than the inside width, or tape cut to length.
  2. Decide power: 120V fixtures plug in or hardwire; puck lights and tape need a 12V or 24V Nora driver.
  3. Add the jumper cables, cords and connectors listed on each product page.
  4. Pick the color temperature and finish, then check the spec sheet for the maximum run.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a driver for Nora under cabinet lighting?

120V fixtures (LEDUR, Bravo, lightbar, NULS) do not. 12V/24V puck lights and 24V tape light need a Nora LED driver, sold separately.

How do I link several under cabinet lights?

Use the matching Nora jumper cables or end-to-end connectors listed on each fixture page, and stay within the maximum run shown on the spec sheet.

What length should I buy?

Choose a fixture about 2 to 4 inches shorter than the inside width of the cabinet and mount it toward the front edge (our advice).

Where are dimensions and cut points?

Every product page links Nora's spec sheet near the top.

Do you sell in contractor quantities?

Yes. We list only items Nora has in stock, refresh stock weekly, and welcome project orders.
