Light quality and how it performs

Lunaire offers two moods from one fixture. Push the front disc back toward the wall and the light escapes around its edge and bounces off the concave diffuser, so you see a dark disc ringed by a soft corona: a dramatic, indirect glow ideal for evenings and for restaurants. Pull the disc forward and the light floods out from inside the bowl, giving brighter, more open illumination for everyday use. At 3650 lumens and 3000 K, it is powerful enough to act as the main light in a medium-size room, and dimming lets you take it down to a low ambient glow. On the Gold/Black and Copper/Black versions the metallic leaf finish inside the diffuser warms the reflected light noticeably.
