Light quality and how it performs

Bianca is all diffuser: the whole globe glows, so light spreads in every direction and the surface below, the wall behind and the ceiling above all pick up a soft wash. The glass is mouth blown, belt sanded and acid dipped for a satin "silk" finish, which hides the light source and keeps the glow even, with no hot spot. The ribbed pattern adds a fine texture of light and shade across the surface. The Medium runs on an integrated 16W LED at 2700K, a warm white that flatters skin tones and wood, with 1650 lumens, which is bright for a lamp of its size. The Large takes one E26 bulb up to 116W, so you choose the colour temperature and output. Neither version dims; each has a simple switch on the transparent cord.

The Medium is 11.8 in (30 cm) across and 7.9 in (20 cm) high: low enough to sit under wall art or a shelf above without crowding it, and compact enough for a standard nightstand.
