Three small, glossy-glazed ceramic bud vases in soft Moonbeam beige, three different shapes made to be grouped.
This CEOLA set gathers three small vases, 3.1", 3.5" and 3.9" high, each with its own rounded profile and a narrow opening about 0.75" across. The glossy glaze in Moonbeam, a soft beige, catches the light and works with Scandinavian, Japandi and minimalist interiors. Line them up on a windowsill, scatter them down a dining table with single sprigs, or use one on its own on a desk.

The designer: Frederike Martens
Frederike Martens (born 1987) trained as an industrial designer at the design school in Halle, Germany, specializing in glass and ceramics. She is known for pure, simple shapes, colors chosen to last and a careful sense of proportion, without losing sight of how a piece is used every day. Her first project for blomus was the SABLO tableware line, later joined by CEOLA.

CEOLA is the ceramic vase series we recommend for single stems, branches and dried grasses: soft, rounded bodies with a narrow mouth that holds each stem upright. blomus is a family company run by the fourth generation of the Blome family in Sundern, Germany. It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.
Buy once: durability and care
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth; rinse the inside with warm water and a bottle brush between arrangements. Small bumps, slight color differences and visible lines come from the making process, so every CEOLA is a little different.
