Best for

Bathrooms, powder rooms, bedrooms and hallways. The Pogo suits a powder room, a hallway or either side of a mirror or bed, where a small cylinder should add a pinpoint of light. Related: Pogo cord mini pendant, Pogo 2-light vanity light, Pogo 3-light vanity light.

Who this is not for

• Outdoor walls and open patios: Besa rates the Pogo for damp locations, interior use only.
• Anyone who needs every glass identical: handcrafted glass varies slightly from shade to shade.
• Anyone who needs more than a pinpoint of light: one 60W G9 lamp (or the 5W LED) is a small source; use a pair or the 2-light or 3-light Pogo.
• Anyone who wants the foil-lined glass in every finish: stock varies by decor and finish, and sold-out combinations show as unavailable.

Why we carry it

We have been curating design-led lighting since 2009, and the Pogo wall sconce is a small way to bring handcrafted Besa glass into a bath or hall: a small glass cylinder with a foil-lined option for a narrow wall. Besa Lighting pairs American design with European glass artisanship: its shades are hand-blown by skilled artisans using techniques passed down for generations, then hand-inspected at Besa’s factory in Ohio for color, pattern, thickness and size before they ship.

Buy once: durability and care

With the power off and the glass cool, wipe it with a soft cloth lightly misted with glass cleaner (spray the cloth, not the fixture), and dust the metal parts with a dry microfiber cloth (our advice). Lamps are replaceable, and installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the Pogo wall sconce?

It measures 4.75" wide x 5.5" high x 6.25" deep.

Which bulbs does the Pogo take?

The standard version takes 1 x 60W G9 bi-pin lamp, included; dimmable (dimmer not included). LED version: 5W replaceable G9 LED source, included; 450 lumens, 3000K, CRI 90+, rated 25,000 hours, 120V, dimmable.

Is the Pogo wall sconce safe for a bathroom?

Besa rates it for damp locations, interior use only. That covers a steamy bath or powder room, but not an exposed outdoor wall.

It installs directly to a 4" octagonal outlet box, wall mount only, on a low-profile canopy.

Which glass and finish options does the Pogo come in?
