This is the cord-hung Besa Lighting Dion, a compact, fluted glass shade inspired by Corinthian columns. The shade measures 6.125 inches across and 7.75 inches tall, and it hangs on a 10-foot SVT-type cord whose jacket coordinates with the finish, under a flat canopy with a 5-inch decorative sleeve at the socket holder. You trim the cord to the drop you want at installation, and the canopy installs to a standard 4-inch box and suits sloped ceilings.

Dion is inspired by the fluted columns of Greek Corinthian architecture. A vertically ribbed glass shade surrounds a white inner diffuser cylinder with a cross-cut pattern, which gives the light a shimmering effect with a modern twist; the glass comes in Clear, Smoke or Blue.
