Sean Lavin's Gable 18-Light Linear Chandelier: eighteen glare-free LED pendants on a 44.5-inch linear canopy, 5,382 lumens at 3000K and 90 CRI, in Nightshade Black or Natural Brass.
The Gable 18-Light is a long, clean line of light for a dining table, a kitchen island or the center of an open-plan room. Eighteen slim cylindrical pendants hang from one canopy, and each has an optic that spreads the light while keeping glare down, so the fixture lights the table without dazzling the people sitting at it. At 5,382 lumens it is bright enough to carry a dining room on its own.
The cable length adjusts up to 108 inches, so it works with standard and high ceilings, and 120V and 277V versions let the same design go into a home, restaurant or office.

Installation & sizing
Over a table, leave 30–36 inches between the tabletop and the bottom of the fixture and keep the fixture narrower than the table (Visual Comfort's guidance). The canopy is 48 inches long, so make sure the ceiling junction box position and ceiling structure suit it. Have a licensed electrician install it.
Who this is not for
- Anyone who wants a different color temperature: it comes in 3000K only.
- Very short tables: a 44.5-inch fixture needs a table or island that is longer than it is.
