Tsukiusagi-jirushi Enamel Nesting Bowls, Set of 5, Navy Rim

Five glossy white enamel bowls with a fine navy rim that nest into one, from Japanese enamelware brand Tsukiusagi-jirushi.

This set of five enamel bowls from Tsukiusagi-jirushi runs from Ø 5.5 in to Ø 8.6 in and nests into a single stack, so it takes the space of one bowl in the cupboard. The glossy white enamel and fine navy rim give them the clean, timeless look of Japanese kitchen classics, equally at home in the prep zone and on the table. Use them for mixing dressings, prepping vegetables, marinating, serving salads, fruit, noodles or rice, or as a set of graduated bowls for mise en place. They are made in Japan and washed by hand.

Why we carry it

We’ve been curating design-led pieces since 2009, and Japanese craft objects like this one earn their place by being used every day. Tsukiusagi-jirushi (“moon rabbit mark”) is a Japanese enamelware brand known for simple, durable kitchen and table pieces made in Japan.

Buy once: durability and care

Wash by hand with a soft sponge and dry. Enamel is glass fused to metal, so avoid knocks that could chip it, and keep it out of the microwave (our advice).
