Seat upholstery. Bone PPM is a polyurethane performance leather in a soft greige that wipes clean; the button-tufted back pad sits on a black ash shell. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Frame finish

The Rachel stool brings the tailored Rachel look to the kitchen island and bar: a black-finished solid ash frame with a curved wooden back shell, a button-tufted bone PPM back pad, and a padded seat on four tapered legs tied together by a footrest rail. The back gives real support for lingering over drinks, while its low height keeps the view open across the counter. It comes at counter height for kitchen islands or bar height for pub-height tops, and it is rated for 350 lb, so it handles hotel bars and restaurant counters as well as home kitchens.

• The counter seat is on the tall side, so check for 10 in of knee room under your countertop.
• Allow about 24 in of counter length per stool.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.
