The soft-seat Pierre J. armchair builds a fixed, padded upholstered seat into the classic armchair frame while keeping the natural cane back, so you get cushioned comfort without a loose pad to slide around. It is a natural choice for restaurant banquette ends, hotel desks and dining rooms where people linger. Pick PPM-FR or PPM-S for wipe-clean durability, white boucle for softness, or Camira Blazer wool for a premium woven seat; the solid ash frame comes in walnut, black or natural. Care

Wipe PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum boucle and wool regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the ash frame with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Keep cane away from direct heat sources and wipe it with a barely damp cloth; natural cane can tighten or slacken a little with humidity, which is normal. Wood, cane and upholstery vary slightly from piece to piece.
