The Pamela round table is the circular version of the Pamela folding bistro table: a slatted solid teak top on crossed legs that collapse flat for storage. A round top is friendlier on a tight balcony, with no corners to catch on and easy conversation for two to four. It comes 31.5 in or 35.5 in across, both at a 29.5 in dining height, in weather-resistant grade A teak with mortise and tenon joints. Set it up for summer breakfasts outside, then fold it away when the season ends.

Care

Grade A teak is a naturally oily, weather-resistant hardwood. Left outdoors it slowly weathers to a soft silver-grey, and the grain may rise slightly after the first few soakings. Clean it once or twice a year with a soft brush, mild soap and water; never use a power washer, which erodes the surface. Teak cannot be painted or varnished. For winter storage use a dry shed or garage, and do not move the piece straight from the cold into a heated room, as sudden changes in temperature and humidity can split the wood.
