Base finishes

The Nevada Arm office chair takes the winged Nevada seat, whose arms grow out of the backrest in one upholstered piece, and mounts it on a gas-lift swivel office base. The seat adjusts from 16.5 to 19.5 in high and turns a full circle, so it works at a desk, a conference table or a reception counter. Choose a 25.5 in base in chrome or black, or a 26 in aluminum base. Upholstery is faux leather or Camira Blazer wool over a sprung steel frame, a softer, more residential look than a typical task chair.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
