Base finishes

Madison Sword lifts the curved Madison seat onto four long, tapered steel-tube blades that radiate from a central swivel, a base shape that recalls Mid-Century lounge chairs and looks sculptural from every angle. Choose black for a graphic, Modern look or the walnut finish to bring a wood tone into a room without solid wood legs. The base swivels with a slight 3-degree tilt and keeps the chair visually light over rugs. Inside, the seat is a steel frame with S-shaped springs set in injected polyurethane foam.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
