The Lido is a butler-style teak tray table: a rimmed tray top on folding X legs, about 24 x 16 in and 27 in high. Set it beside a lounge chair as a drinks table, or by the grill for plates and tools, then fold the legs flat when you are done. It is solid grade A teak with mortise and tenon joints, weather resistant and light at 15 lb. Indoors it works as a bar cart alternative, a bedside table or a serving station.

Care

Grade A teak is a naturally oily, weather-resistant hardwood. Left outdoors it slowly weathers to a soft silver-grey, and the grain may rise slightly after the first few soakings. Clean it once or twice a year with a soft brush, mild soap and water; never use a power washer, which erodes the surface. Teak cannot be painted or varnished. For winter storage use a dry shed or garage, and do not move the piece straight from the cold into a heated room, as sudden changes in temperature and humidity can split the wood.
