Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry seat. PPM and PPM-FR are polyurethane performance leathers, nubuck is a soft brushed fabric and the off-white boucle is a looped fabric. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, Camira Blazer is a wool cloth, and the caramel option is full-grain Italian leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Base finishes

Gazel 4 Star rides on a low four-prong base about 24.4 in across with a memory swivel built in, so the seat turns freely and then settles back square to the table when you rise. The flat, cross-shaped base is lower and more graphic than the Spider and suits rooms where chairs need to look tidy between meals. Finishes are chrome, black, white, gold and brass. As on every Gazel, the seat is a steel frame with S-shaped springs molded in polyurethane foam.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
