Base finishes

This is the armchair version of the Eiffel Handle Back: the wider Eiffel Arm tub shell, with arms molded into the upholstery, on a metal base whose back rail forms a grab handle. The handle makes the chair simple to pull out and reset between sittings, which matters in restaurants and meeting rooms. Choose a solid chrome wire base, a chrome tube base or a black powder-coated tube base. Under the faux leather cover is a sprung steel frame with molded polyurethane foam, so it is comfortable for long dinners, conference tables and desk use.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
