Base finishes

A tall Dervish high-back shell on a brushed stainless round swivel base makes a sculptural TV and reading chair that turns smoothly toward the screen, the fireplace or the conversation. The disc is 21.5 in across, and the seat sits a touch higher here at 17 in. Add the automatic return swivel if the chair lives in a lobby or office lounge and should face forward when empty. The clean column base leaves the flared, tapering back as the focus of the room.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
