Seat upholstery. PPM is a polyurethane performance leather with a soft, leather-like hand. The gold velvet is a plush pile fabric. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, and Camira Blazer is a pure new wool contract fabric in deeper, richer colors. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

The Crescent Baba stool sets the Crescent seat on four tapered, slightly splayed solid wood legs joined by stretchers, a more sculpted, Mid-Century outline than the straight-legged PR-Wood base. Choose dark teak in a wenge finish for contrast against light cabinets, or sungkai in a pale white oak finish for a Scandinavian, Japandi kitchen. A memory swivel can be added so the seat turns and then returns to face the counter; it raises the seat by 1 in. The sprung steel seat frame is molded in polyurethane foam and covered with a zippered slipcover, and the stool is made in Türkiye.

• Choose Counter (23 in seat) for 34 to 36 in counters, or Bar (28 in seat) for 39 to 41 in bar tops; the memory swivel adds about 1 in.
• Allow about 22 to 24 in of counter per stool.
• The stool is rated for 200 lb; for heavier daily commercial use choose a 300 lb metal-base Crescent stool.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.

Both are solid wood and made in Türkiye. The Baba has tapered, slightly splayed legs in teak or sungkai; the PR-Wood has straighter legs and more wood finishes.
