Base finishes

On the X-Wood base, the Bottega lounge seat rests on two crossed pieces of solid ash in a walnut finish, a fixed base that brings natural grain and a calm, Scandinavian line to the winged armchair. Without a swivel it stays square to a coffee table, which suits formal seating groups, offices and reception areas that should look composed. The seat itself is a sprung steel frame in molded foam, so it feels like an upholstered armchair rather than a shell. Choose from thirteen covers, from easy-care faux leather to Camira Blazer wool.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.
