Leg finishes

The Bottega PR-Wood puts the upholstered Bottega arm seat on a square-legged solid wood frame with stretchers between the legs, so the footrest is part of the wood itself. The result looks like fine furniture rather than a commercial stool, and the braced frame is the strongest stool in the Bottega range, rated for 350 lb. Five woods let you match cabinets or floors: beech in walnut finish, natural ash, teak in wenge finish, sungkai in a white oak finish, or solid American walnut. The seat is a steel frame with S-shaped springs in molded polyurethane foam, with a zip-on slipcover.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Dust the wood with a dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Wood, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain and shade from piece to piece.
