Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM-FR, S-PPM and PPM are polyurethane performance leathers that wipe clean; the off-white boucle is a soft looped fabric; Camira Era and Camira Blazer wool are woven contract fabrics. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Avanos Sword swivels on four flat steel legs shaped like blades, a crisper, more graphic base than the round-tube Stick. Seen from the side the blades taper to a point at the floor, which gives the chair a lighter, almost sculptural look under a full upholstered shell. Order it with a standard swivel, or with a memory swivel that turns the seat back to face the table when you stand up, a detail that keeps restaurant rows tidy. Bases come in black, gold, walnut veneer and natural veneer; the fiberglass shell and padded plywood seat are rated for 300 lb.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
