Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM-FR, S-PPM and PPM are polyurethane performance leathers that wipe clean; the off-white boucle is a soft looped fabric; Camira Era and Camira Blazer wool are woven contract fabrics. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Base finishes

The Avanos Round Swivel sets the shell on a single stainless steel column that rises from a flat round floor plate, the cleanest base in the family. With no legs to trip over or catch on table bases, it is the easiest Avanos chair to slide around a pedestal table, and the seat turns a full circle. Choose a mirror-polished or a brushed stainless finish; brushed hides fingerprints better in busy dining rooms. The fiberglass shell has a padded plywood seat and holds 300 lb.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
