Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM-FR, S-PPM and PPM are polyurethane performance leathers that wipe clean; the off-white boucle is a soft looped fabric; Camira Era and Camira Blazer wool are woven contract fabrics. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Leg finishes

The Avanos Ana pairs the rounded Avanos shell with a four-leg steel base whose legs are joined by a metal ring just below the seat. The ring braces the legs and doubles as a place to rest your feet, which makes the chair feel steadier than a plain four-leg design. Pick walnut-veneered legs with a chrome ring for a softer, Mid-Century look, or black powder-coated legs with a brass or chrome ring for a sharper Modern room. Underneath the upholstery is a molded fiberglass shell with a padded plywood seat, rated for 400 lb.

Care

Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.
