Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM, PPM-S and Italian PPM are polyurethane performance leathers; nubuck, boucle, Camira fabrics and wool give a softer, textured seat; Camira Blazer wool and black full-grain leather are the premium covers. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.
Base finishes
The Aria Metal stool raises the squared Aria seat on four slender steel legs tied together by a footrest, at counter or bar height. It is the lightest-looking way to put upholstered, backed seating at an island, and at 16.5 in wide it lets you line up more stools than most. Choose chrome for shine, black powder coat for a matte Industrial look, or stainless steel for the toughest finish. A sprung steel frame inside molded foam keeps it comfortable for long sittings, and the slipcover removes with Velcro.

Care
Wipe faux leather and PPM with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Vacuum fabric seats regularly and blot spills right away. Wipe the metal base with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which dull plated and powder-coated finishes. Leather and fabric vary slightly in shade from batch to batch.

Which height do I need?
Measure from floor to countertop. For 35 to 37 in counters choose Counter (24 in seat); for 40 to 42 in bars choose Bar (29 in seat).
Does it have a footrest?
Yes. A steel footrest joins the legs, finished to match the base.
Which finish is most durable?
Stainless steel resists scratches and corrosion best. Black powder coat hides scuffs; chrome gives the brightest shine.
What weight is it rated for?
300 lb.
Why do the prices differ?
Faux leather is the lowest tier, the PPM, nubuck, boucle and fabric seats are the middle tier, and Camira Blazer wool and full-grain leather are the top tier. The stainless steel base adds a surcharge; counter and bar cost the same.
Is there a matching dining chair?
