Slab Faux Terrazzo Indoor/Outdoor Side Table by TOV Furniture

An indoor/outdoor side table from TOV Furniture in 4 colors, rated for outdoor use, delivered fully assembled.

The Slab Faux Terrazzo Indoor/Outdoor Side Table is an indoor/outdoor side table made of the materials listed in Specifications finished to look like terrazzo, offered in Pink, Black and White, Butternut and Light Green. Cast concrete gives it real heft and a stone-like surface and the terrazzo pattern scatters flecks of color through the top. It measures 18"W x 15.4"D x 18"H with a free-form top, and TOV rates the top for 90 to 145 lb, depending on the option. At 18" it is classic side-table height, above the seat and a few inches below most sofa arms (24–26"), an easy reach for a drink or a book (our guide). TOV rates it for indoor and outdoor use and recommends covering it in bad weather or when not in use.

Best for

Best for patios, decks and covered porches as well as living rooms, bedrooms and entryways indoors. Set it within easy reach of the seat, roughly level with the sofa arm (24–26") or, beside a bed, close to the mattress top (our guide).

Who this is not for

• A nightstand beside a tall bed: at 18" it sits below a typical 24–28" mattress top (our guide); look at a nightstand or a taller side table for that.
• Heavy loads: TOV rates the top for 90 to 145 lb, depending on the option.
• Anyone who wants a stain-proof surface: concrete is porous and should be wiped quickly and used with coasters (our advice).
• Anyone who wants to leave it uncovered in all weather: TOV recommends covering it during bad weather or when not in use.

Buy once: durability and care

Built with cast concrete, hand-finished detailing (per TOV) and materials TOV rates for outdoor use. Our advice (TOV publishes only general care for this item): wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, dry it, and use coasters; concrete is porous, so blot oil or wine right away. Outdoors, bring it under cover or use a cover in freezing weather and heavy rain.
