A damp-rated string pendant that goes indoors or out: one lamp or a long run, powered from a single feed.

Installation & planning

• Hardwired; a power feed cable and canopy are required and come separately from Pablo, so tell us if you need them quoted.
• The vertical kit includes a 10 ft cable; a horizontal run needs Pablo's separate horizontal kit.
• Up to 34 lamps can be interconnected from one source and a horizontal kit holds up to 12.
• Space lamps 22 to 28 in apart so the shades do not crowd each other.
• Use a licensed electrician; confirm the circuit and dimmer capacity for the total lamp count.

Who this is not for

• Fully exposed, rain-washed locations: the rating is damp, not wet.
• Buyers who want warmer light as it dims: color temperature is fixed at 3000K.

Frequently asked questions

How do I power more than one Swell lamp?

The sockets interconnect, so a single power feed can supply up to 34 lamps at 14.5 W each. Pablo sells the power feed and canopy separately.

What does damp rated mean for a patio?

Damp rated means the fixture is made for covered, humid or moisture-prone locations. It is not rated for direct rain, so keep it under a roof.

Can the bulb be replaced?

Yes. The 11 W E26/PAR30 LED is replaceable and included.

How far apart should I hang the shades?

Pablo's drawings suggest about 22 to 28 in between lamps, enough for the 12 in shades to read as separate forms.

Does it dim to a warmer color?

No. The color temperature is fixed at 3000K; dimming changes brightness only.

Can I order enough for a restaurant?

Yes. Send us the run lengths and we will quote lamps, power feeds and canopies through our trade program.
