A slim pendant that fits where a wide shade will not: over a bar, beside a bed or in a row along a corridor.

Swell Narrow is the upright profile in the Swell family. Its slim aluminum shade has a brass interior that warms the light, and it takes up little space at eye level.

Because it is damp rated, you can hang it indoors or under cover outside. Use it singly beside a bed or armchair, or repeat it in a line over a bar, counter or hallway.

Installation & planning

• Hardwired to a junction box; Pablo recommends a licensed electrician for ceiling installs.
• Cut the 10 ft cable at the canopy leaving about 6 in (15 cm) for wiring.
• Use an LED-compatible TRIAC or ELV dimmer and the PAR30 lamp listed in the guide.
• Space a row of shades about one shade-width apart or more, depending on the look you want.
• Keep outdoor use under a roof or soffit; the rating is damp, not wet.

• Fully exposed, rain-facing ceilings.
• Anyone who wants warm-dim color: output is fixed at 3000K.
