A felt-shaded LED pendant that lights the room below and softens the noise around it, in 18, 24 or 32 in discs.

We curate Sky Sound for places where echo is as much a problem as light: open offices, restaurants, school and library spaces, hotel lobbies and busy kitchens. The felt disc is suspended from a slim aluminum mast, with light sent both down and up from a single lamp.

Installation & planning

Frequently asked questions

How many discs should I hang over a long table?

Space them by their diameter: for a 10 ft table, three 18 in discs or two 24 in discs usually read evenly. Keep the lowest edge clear of sight lines.

Does it actually reduce noise?

Pablo describes the felt disc as minimizing ambient noise but does not publish an absorption rating, so treat it as a supplement rather than a full acoustic treatment.

What color is the felt?

Anthracite is the felt offered on this listing, paired with a polished aluminum or matte black mast.

Can the light point both ways?

Yes. The lamp sends 850 lm down and 400 lm up.

How is the height adjusted?

The 10 ft (3 m) cable is field-cuttable, so the electrician sets the drop on site.
