A slim pendant that lights the table below and the ceiling above, so one fixture gives both task light and ambient glow.

We curate Sky Solo for kitchens, dining areas, offices and hospitality spaces where you want light in two directions without a bulky shade. The flat-panel head is only 6.5 in (16.5 cm) wide, throws 850 lm down and 400 lm up, and warms from 2700K to 2200K as you dim it. Hang it singly over a desk or nook, or in a row over an island, bar or long table.

Installation & planning

• Hardwired to a ceiling junction box; we recommend a licensed electrician.
• The 10 ft cable is field cuttable, so you can set the hanging height on site.
• Allow roughly 10 in (25 cm) or more of ceiling above the head so the up light can bounce.
• Choose a TRIAC / ELV dimmer to get the dim-to-warm effect.
• Standard input is 120 V; request the 100-277 V version for other voltages.
• Dry indoor locations only.

Who this is not for

• Very low ceilings, where the head would hang in the sightline.
• Anyone who wants a decorative shade to be the focal point.
• Damp or outdoor locations, which Pablo does not rate this fixture for.

Frequently asked questions

How many should I hang over an island?

Two or three, evenly spaced, is a common layout for a 6 to 8 ft island. Mock up the spacing with the 6.5 in head width before ordering.

Can I make it hang lower or higher?

Yes. The 10 ft cable is field cuttable, so the installer sets the final drop. Measure from the ceiling before cutting.

Can the up light be switched off?

Pablo describes one two-sided panel; it does not list a separate up/down control. Both sides dim together.

What dimmers does it work with?

TRIAC / ELV dimmers are listed. A 0-10 V version is available on request.

Does it work on 240 V?

Standard is 120 V. Pablo offers a 100-277 V, 50/60 Hz version on request.

Can I combine it with a shade later?

Pablo shows the Sky Solo head being paired with shade reflectors in metal, wood and acoustic felt as part of the Sky collection. Ask us which shades fit before you order.
