Turns an ordinary LED fixture into code-compliant emergency lighting.
The Nora Lighting NEPK-07LEDUNV is an Emergency LED Driver with Remote Test Switch. Emergency LED driver for use with new or existing LED luminaires. Driver’s circuitry automatically switches the luminaire between emergency and normal power operation during power loss and restoration. Operates at a reduced level for a minimum of 90 minutes to allow safe egress during power outage. Upon restoration to normal AC operation, the emergency driver returns to charging mode.

What you need to buy
Installs with a new or existing LED fixture: it sits between the fixture's regular LED driver and the LED load and needs an unswitched hot to keep its battery charged. In an outage it powers the fixture at reduced output for at least 90 minutes. Choose the wattage that suits the emergency light level you need, and confirm the LED load voltage range on the spec sheet.

Which wattage should I choose?
The wattage is the emergency output delivered to the LED load. Higher wattage gives more light during an outage. Check the spec sheet for the LED voltage range and compatible fixtures.
How is the remote test switch used?
Mount the test switch where it can be seen. It shows charging status and lets inspectors press-to-test the emergency function monthly.
Where can the NEPK-07LEDUNV be installed?
It is damp-location listed. Use a Nora vandal-resistant enclosure where one is linked for wet locations.
