Nora Lighting NLOPAC-R7MSTWW 7" AC Opal LED Surface Mount with PIR Motion Sensor, 950lm/14W, Selectable CCT, White Finish

A slim LED surface mount that installs on a ceiling junction box: no can, no attic work.

The Nora Lighting NLOPAC-R7MSTWW is a 7" AC Opal LED Surface Mount with PIR Motion Sensor, 950lm / 14W, Selectable CCT, White Finish. The AC Opal Montion Sensor LED Series is designed to surface mount over a standard junction box. The low profile luminaire produces even illumination and integral PIR sensor activates when motion is detected. After 3 minutes of no motion, the fixture automatically turns off.

Spec sheet & downloads

What you need to buy

Mounts directly to a standard ceiling junction box with its own driver built in, so there is no can to install. Its thin profile fits where recessed lights cannot (joists, ducts, concrete or shallow ceilings). Check the spec sheet for the junction box sizes it fits.

Replacing an old recessed light? Nora retrofit kits let many disk lights install in an existing 4", 5" or 6" can instead (listed below where Nora makes one for this model).

Frequently asked questions

How is the NLOPAC-R7MSTWW installed?

It mounts directly to a ceiling junction box, with the driver built in. No can, no attic access. See the spec sheet for the box sizes it fits.

Can the NLOPAC-R7MSTWW go into an existing recessed can?

Many Nora disk lights can, with the matching Nora retrofit kit (linked on this page where available). Otherwise mount it to a junction box.

Can the NLOPAC-R7MSTWW go in a bathroom or outdoors?

Yes. It is wet-location listed, so showers and covered outdoor ceilings are fine.

What does selectable lumens / CCT mean?

Switches on the fixture let the installer set the brightness and color temperature on site, so one part number covers several needs.

How does the motion sensor work?

The integral sensor turns the light on when someone enters and dims or turns it off after the space is empty, which helps meet energy codes.

Which accessories fit the NLOPAC-R7MSTWW?

Nora makes matching parts, including NLOPAC-56RECKIT-2. They are linked on this page.
