Monica Tiled Pattern Indoor/Outdoor Side Table by TOV Furniture

An indoor/outdoor side table from TOV Furniture, rated for outdoor use.

The Monica Tiled Pattern Indoor/Outdoor Side Table is an indoor/outdoor side table made of concrete and tile with a tiled pattern finish in Beige. Cast concrete gives it real heft and a stone-like surface and hand-finished tiles give the top an artisan, one-of-a-kind character. It measures 19"W x 19"D x 26"H, and TOV rates the top for up to 90 lb. At 26" it is level with most sofa arms (24–26") and close to a mattress top (24–28"), so it also works as a nightstand (our guide). Per TOV: sculptural pedestal base adds strong visual presence. TOV rates it for indoor and outdoor use and recommends covering it in bad weather or when not in use.

Who this is not for

• Low, deep lounge seating: at 26" it stands well above a 17–19" seat; it suits a sofa arm or a bedside better (our guide).
• Heavy loads: TOV rates the top for up to 90 lb.
• Anyone who wants a stain-proof surface: concrete is porous and should be wiped quickly and used with coasters (our advice).
• Anyone who wants to leave it uncovered in all weather: TOV recommends covering it during bad weather or when not in use.
