Model 238/1 with Switch Wall Light by Astep

The original Model 238/1 with Switch by Gino Sarfatti, made by Astep and sold here in the 120V version.

Few lighting designs have aged as well as Gino Sarfatti's opal globes. Each blown-glass sphere is held by a slim steel ring with a notch in it, which lets you point the glass downward for direct light or upward for a reflected glow. Astep, run by Sarfatti's grandson, produces them today to the original specifications.
