The Maxim Acadia Seeded multi-light pendant is a traditional fixture sized for a kitchen island, a dining table or an open-plan living area. It comes at 13.75 in (34.9 cm) wide, with 3 lights, in Black, Satin Nickel or Heritage. It adjusts to an overall height of up to 63 in on its rods or cord.
Each socket takes an E12 Candelabra bulb up to 60W. A 2700K to 3000K LED bulb keeps the light warm over a table; 3500K suits a kitchen work area. It works on a standard dimmer, which lets the same fixture handle a bright task and a soft evening setting. Seedy glass softens the light and cuts glare at eye level. Choose Black, Satin Nickel or Heritage to match hardware, faucets or cabinet pulls in the room; it suits Traditional and Modern schemes.

Where it works best
Over a kitchen island, hang pendants 30 to 36 in above the counter, two over an island up to about 6 ft, three over a longer one, spaced 24 to 30 in apart. Over a table, center one larger pendant or a pair; beside a bed, hang a small pendant about 18 in above the nightstand.
Who this is not for
It is dry rated, so it is not for a shower area, an uncovered porch or other damp spots. Bulbs are sold separately.
Why we carry Maxim
Maxim publishes full specifications, assembly sheets and dimension drawings for its fixtures, which lets us answer fit and installation questions precisely before you order.
Care and installation
Dust with a soft, dry cloth; clean glass with a lint-free cloth and glass cleaner, with the power off. A qualified electrician should make the connection. Assembly sheet: 12273 (PDF).
Frequently asked questions
How many Acadia Seeded pendants do I need over an island?

How high should it hang over a counter?
Hang the bottom 30 to 36 in above the counter so it lights the work surface without blocking sight lines. Overall height adjusts up to 63 in.
Does it need special bulbs, and can it dim?

Can I use it in a bathroom or on a porch?
