Best for

Best for the foot of a twin bed and entryways and hallways that need a seat with hidden storage. At the foot of a bed, a bench roughly 60–85% of the bed's width looks balanced; in an entryway, keep about 36" of walkway in front of it (our advice).

Who this is not for

• Anyone who wants back or arm support: it is a backless bench, made for perching, pulling on shoes or short sits rather than long lounging.
• Homes with tight doorways, stair turns or small elevators: it arrives fully assembled, and the box measures 32.1"W x 16.9"D x 17.9"H.
• Outdoor use: this is indoor furniture; keep it inside, away from rain and strong sun.

Why we carry it

We've been curating design-led furniture since 2009, and TOV Furniture earns its place with a wide range of fabrics and colors at a real-home scale. We are an authorized TOV seller, and every option listed here carries TOV's own item number and UPC, so you can check exactly what you are buying.

Buy once: durability and care

Built with performance upholstery and fabric TOV lists as easy-clean. TOV's care advice: blot spills right away with a clean, dry cloth (rubbing can push a stain deeper), vacuum with an upholstery attachment, keep the bench out of direct sun to limit fading, and test any cleaner on a hidden spot first. TOV also notes that, depending on the fabric, some pilling or crushing of the pile can occur over time.
