Panel by Innermost co-founder Steve Jones layers stainless-steel discs in a mix of polished and matte surfaces around a ring of G9 lamps. Inspired by contemporary jewelry and architectural metal cladding, it reflects different sections of the room as you move around it. Panel 75 is 29.5" across, 13.75" tall and 20 lb, in brass, bronze or gunmetal.

About the designer

Steve Jones co-founded Innermost in London in 1999 with Russell Cameron and designed many of the brand’s signature lights. His pieces mix engineering detail with a dry sense of humor.

Why we carry it

We have been curating design-led lighting since 2009, and Panel is a jewelry-like chandelier that photographs as beautifully as it lights. Innermost was founded in London in 1999 by designers Steve Jones and Russell Cameron, who started out in an old lighting factory in Wembley and went on to work with designers from around the world who had made London their home. Its pieces hang in hotels, restaurants and shops from London to Dubai. Innermost has since closed, so what we have is the remaining new stock; once a finish sells out we cannot reorder it.

Buy once: durability and care

Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; for fingerprints use a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Never use abrasive pads, polish or solvent cleaners on the finish (our advice). Have a licensed electrician install hardwired fixtures.
