How high should Robotica hang over a table?

Allow about 30 to 36 in between the tabletop and the lowest arm. The 5-light can be set from 19.75 to 61 in overall and the 7-light from 27.25 to 68.5 in.

Can Robotica hang from a sloped ceiling?

Yes. Robotica lists a slope allowance of 30 degrees. The backplate is 8.25 in on the 5-light and 10 in on the 7-light, so your electrician should confirm the fit.
