Pirouette LED Indirect Glow Bath Vanity Light, 24 in or 32 in, Black, by ET2

The ET2 Pirouette is a Black LED vanity light that mounts vertically and glows indirectly, in a 24 in and a 32 in length. The color temperature is selectable across five settings from 2700K to 5000K at 90 CRI, and it runs on 120-277V, is damp rated and ADA listed.

The shade throws light softly onto the wall behind, so the mirror gets flattering, glare-free fill and the room feels larger. Both lengths are 4.75 in wide, project 3.75 in and sit on a 4.75 in canopy. The 24 in produces 350 lumens at 15 watts and weighs 2.1 lb, while the 32 in produces 700 lumens at 25 watts and weighs 3 lb. Matte Black works in Modern, Industrial and Minimalist baths against white tile, light wood and brushed metal fixtures.

Which size for which room

• 24 in: The 24 in gives 350 lumens and suits a narrow wall beside a single mirror, a powder room or a hallway. Use a pair for even face lighting at a vanity.
• 32 in: The 32 in gives 700 lumens and suits a taller mirror, a double vanity wall or a feature wall in a suite. Its extra length makes it the better choice for task light.

Where it works best

Mount Pirouette vertically in pairs on each side of a bathroom mirror, or singly beside a bed or door. The indirect output flatters faces and keeps shadows soft. Choose the color temperature that matches your bulbs elsewhere in the room, then keep black hardware consistent.

Who this is not for

Pirouette is damp rated, so keep it away from direct water spray and out of rain. Its 350 or 700 lumens are modest, so it works best in pairs for grooming. No dimming type is listed for it, so plan on standard switching.

Why we carry ET2

Pirouette gives an indirect vertical glow with five color temperatures built in, which saves a project from picking bulbs. The ADA listing and two lengths make it simple to specify.

Care and installation

Wipe the shade and frame with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Installation should be done by a qualified electrician, as ET2 recommends. Assembly sheets: 24 in (PDF), E24153-BK (PDF).

Frequently asked questions

Which Pirouette length fits my vanity?

The 24 in works for a single mirror or a narrow wall, and the 32 in suits taller mirrors and double vanity walls. Mount vertical pairs about 36 to 40 in apart for even lighting at the mirror.

How do I change the color temperature?

The LED has five selectable settings from 2700K to 5000K. Set it during installation and match it to the bulbs in nearby fixtures.

How high should I mount a vertical Pirouette?

Center it at about 60 to 66 in above the floor, beside the mirror. That puts the glow at face height, and the 3.75 in projection stays clear of faucets.

Is Pirouette ADA compliant?

Yes, it is listed as ADA compliant, with a 3.75 in projection from the wall. Check your local code for the exact mounting height in your project.

Can it go near a shower?

It is damp rated, so use it on the vanity wall and keep it out of the direct shower spray. Do not place it where water can hit the shade.

Does Pirouette give direct or indirect light?

The light is indirect, with the shade washing the wall behind it. This reduces glare at the mirror and gives soft, even fill on faces.
