The ET2 Discus is a circular outdoor wall light with a backlit stone face in 7, 9 and 10 in sizes. It is wet rated, ADA compliant, runs on 120-277V and has selectable color temperature from 2700K to 5000K at 90 CRI, so it works at entries, patios and building walls.

The LED lights the stone from behind, so the pitting and veining become part of the glow. It projects only 3 in, has a 5 in square backplate and is rated for 50,000 hours. Output is 310 lumens at 6W for the 7 in, 690 lumens at 9W for the 9 in and 1060 lumens at 11W for the 10 in. Which size for which room

Where it works best

Use a pair on either side of a front door, or space them along a patio wall to give an even rhythm. Choose Travertine with Antique Bronze for warm exteriors with wood or plaster, and Lava or Rosso Laterite with Gunmetal for darker palettes. Set the color temperature to match your interior glow, 2700K for warm.

Who this is not for

The stone face varies in color and pattern, so each piece is slightly different from the photos. The light is indirect, so it adds glow and not task light on steps or locks. You cannot swap the light source, since the LED module is part of the fixture. Check the exact item for finish pairing, since the stone and metal combinations are fixed.

What color temperatures can I set?

Color is selectable from 2700K to 5000K, with settings at 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. The CRI is 90 at every setting, so colors stay natural.

How far does it project?

Discus projects 3 in from the wall and has a 5 in square backplate. That makes it a slim choice for entries, patios and corridors with limited clearance.

Is the stone real?

The face is stone, so expect natural variation in color, veining and pitting from piece to piece. That variation is part of the look when the stone is backlit.
