Continuum Wall to Ceiling Track Connector, Joins Wall and Ceiling Runs, by ET2

The ET2 Continuum Wall to Ceiling Track Connector links a rail on a wall to a rail on the ceiling, so a Continuum run can follow the architecture of a room. It measures 1 x 1 x 0.25 in, is cETLus listed and comes in Black or White.
Track that runs down a wall and across a ceiling lets one feed light a shelf wall and the space in front of it. Continuum is a field adjustable system whose lengths can be extended, connected or cut to fit, and this piece handles the change of plane. It is polycarbonate, 0.25 in thick and 0.33 lb, so it looks like part of the rail. It carries no light source of its own. Choose Black for a defined line against pale surfaces in Modern and Industrial spaces. Choose White to blend into painted walls and ceilings in Scandinavian and Minimalist rooms.

Where it works best
Use this connector where a rail needs to turn from a wall onto the ceiling, such as above a display wall in a shop, along a gallery partition or beside a bookcase. Feed the run from one end and place heads on both the wall and ceiling sections. Mark the transition point on the plan before cutting rails.
Who this is not for
This is a connector only, so it gives no light and does not power anything. It does not include rail or heads. The listing shows no damp or wet rating, which limits it to dry interiors. It is not for turning a corner on one plane, which is the job of the 90 degree corner connector.
Why we carry ET2
Track that follows the room looks planned. We stock this connector so a Continuum run can step from wall to ceiling in a matching finish.
Care and installation
Wipe the connector with a soft dry cloth and keep paint off the joint. Have a qualified electrician wire and test the run.

Frequently asked questions
What does the wall to ceiling connector do?
It joins a rail on a wall to a rail on the ceiling at the change of plane. This lets one run light both surfaces. Plan the feed on either end of the run.
How big is the wall to ceiling connector?
It measures 1 x 1 x 0.25 in and weighs about 0.33 lb. That is very low profile, so it blends in with the rail after install. It is polycarbonate.
Is the connector listed?
Yes, it carries a cETLus listing. Local code still applies, so ask your electrician to review the wiring and the route before the walls are closed.
Do I need rails and heads too?
Yes, order Continuum rail lengths and heads separately. The rails can be cut to length on site. Sketch the full run first so every length is right.
Can I use it outside a dry room?
The listing shows no moisture rating, so install it in dry interior rooms only and away from steam and spray. For bathrooms, choose another product.
Which finish should I choose?
Match the rail. Black makes a graphic line on pale surfaces and White blends into paint. Stay consistent for the whole run.
